Resale of Tickets & Disclaimer of Liability
• Authorised Channels Only: Tickets purchased from this official e-store are intended for personal use by the buyer and their designated guests. Tickets may not be resold, counterfeited, or used for unauthorised commercial or promotional purposes.
• Disclaimer of Responsibility for Resold Tickets: Netball South Africa is the sole authorised seller of tickets on this platform. Netball South Africa explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility, liability, or obligation for tickets purchased through unauthorised third-party platforms, secondary marketplaces, resale websites (e.g., Facebook Marketplace), or independent ticket brokers.
• Risk of Fraud: If you purchase a ticket from any source other than this official e-store, you do so entirely at your own risk. Netball South Africa cannot guarantee the validity of resold tickets.
• Right to Refuse Entry: Netball South Africa reserves the right to cancel or void any ticket, and refuse entry to the holder, if there is reasonable suspicion that the ticket was resold, duplicated, or acquired fraudulently, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation to the holder.
Ticket Refunds and Cancellations
• 7-Day Non-Refundable Window: Tickets purchased for any Netball South Africa event are fully non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date.
• Refund Requests Outside the 7-Day Window: Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date may be considered at the sole discretion of Netball South Africa. Approved refunds may be subject to a reasonable administrative or cancellation fee to cover banking and processing costs.
• Event Cancellation or Postponement:
– In the event that a match or tournament is fully cancelled by Netball South Africa due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, safety directives, etc.), a full or partial refund of the ticket face value may be issued to the original purchaser.
– If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must apply for a refund within the timeframe specified by Netball South Africa at the time of the postponement announcement.
• No-Shows: No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for “no-shows”—tickets that are purchased but go unused on the day of the event for any reason (including traffic, weather, or personal circumstances).
